OUR STORY

BALI REPTILE RESCUE

Free Reptile Removal and Rescue Service 24hour

Bali Reptile Rescue is an organization or foundation or non-governmental organization that is engaged in animal rescue, especially reptiles. Bali Reptile Rescue has been established since 2011 and officially became an NGO in 2015 where our activities focus on rescuing reptiles that enter residential areas, which are in conflict with humans, as well as providing information to the public about the types of snakes that exist in Bali. The types of reptiles that we usually save are snakes, monitor lizards, turtles and crocodiles.

Reptiles, especially snakes, often come into direct or indirect contact with humans. Requests for summons to handle cases of reptiles entering residential areas are increasing, especially during the rainy season and the season for these reptiles to nest. Bali Reptile Rescue (BRR) not only receives calls from residents whose houses have been entered by snakes or other reptiles, BRR has also assisted several cases of snakes and other reptiles that have come into conflict with humans.

Bali Reptile Rescue hopes to continue our dedication to preserving snakes and other reptiles in their natural habitat (in-situ) as well as assisting the government in outreach activities to the public about reptiles and assisting in the field of education because some Biology students are taking research on reptiles and always contact BRR and we always guide younger students so that their knowledge is beneficial for themselves, the wider community and conservation.
